Steps and Tiers

Steps and tiers connect different parts of a property and make it easier to move around. They also need to be safe to use and feel solid underfoot. This comes up a lot with changes in elevation, whether you’re going from the driveway up to the house, heading down toward a lake or dock, or dealing with grade changes in the yard. When the steps are built right, they make those transitions straightforward and reliable.

We build steps with natural stone, concrete, or pavers, depending on what fits the space and how it will be used. The layout follows the existing grade so it feels natural on the property. Each set of steps is built to stay in place and handle weather over time.
